Fulham Reach is a landmark riverside development in West London, blending high-end residential apartments with landscaped public spaces. For Phase 6, Orlight were appointed to supply a comprehensive package of interior and exterior lighting solutions, balancing architectural quality with technical performance.

The scheme made extensive use of ORL1009 All White recessed magnetic downlights, deployed in large volumes across apartments to provide discreet yet effective illumination. These were complemented by CIT21 fixed downlights with a high CRI90 rating, ensuring excellent colour rendering within living spaces.

External areas were enhanced with ORL3011 stainless steel pillar lights and ORLLM736 in-ground fittings, both selected for their durability and architectural finish.

Additional decorative elements such as ORLPNDE27 pendant kits paired with E27 LED lamp, as well as LUCIA wall luminaires in black, delivered a refined aesthetic across feature zones. This coordinated package highlights Orlight’s ability to deliver solutions that meet both functional requirements and the high design standards expected in premium residential developments.
