Orlight has successfully completed its second specialist leadership training programme in partnership with Echelon Front, a globally recognised organisation known for its expertise in high-performance leadership and team development.
As part of Orlight’s continued investment in people and performance, six individuals from across the business took part in this intensive training. The programme forms a key part of Orlight’s long-term strategy to build a stronger, more aligned leadership culture capable of supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Over the course of the training, participants were immersed in advanced leadership principles, focusing on decision-making under pressure, ownership, accountability, and high-performance team dynamics. The experience was deliberately designed to push individuals beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, equipping them with the mindset and tools required to lead effectively in complex and fast-paced environments.
