Space House is a landmark Grade II listed commercial development in Holborn, London, transformed through a major refurbishment to deliver high-quality modern workspace while retaining the character of its original architecture.

Orlight supplied a coordinated architectural lighting package for the project, supporting the refurbished commercial areas with solutions designed for performance, visual comfort and clean integration within the building’s interior scheme.

The specification included a combination of surface-mounted and recessed linear lighting, track lighting, LED panel solutions and architectural downlights, helping to meet the practical requirements of a modern workplace while maintaining a refined and professional finish across the space.
