Santander Unity Place - External Lighting

Santander Unity Place in Milton Keynes is a major workplace and community-led development, created as a landmark digital hub for Santander and one of the town’s most significant commercial projects.

Orlight was awarded the turnkey lighting package, supplying a broad range of architectural, linear and decorative lighting solutions across the scheme. The specification supported a variety of spaces, including co-working areas, auditorium spaces, retail and dining zones, community facilities, health and fitness areas, and general circulation.

The lighting package combined APOLLO track lighting, BROOKLYN-style decorative pendants, NEBULA and NEBULADQ downlights, ORLINE suspended luminaires, LED panels, LED strip and track infrastructure. Together, these products helped deliver a flexible and visually consistent scheme, balancing architectural quality, performance and practical illumination across the development.

The project highlights Orlight’s ability to support large-scale commercial environments with a complete lighting solution, combining decorative impact, functional performance and clean integration within a modern workplace setting.
