Santander Unity Place

Santander Unity Place is a landmark workplace and community hub in Milton Keynes, developed as a major new digital campus with offices, co-working spaces, an auditorium, retail, dining, health and fitness facilities, and public-facing amenities.

Orlight supplied the turnkey lighting package for the project, combining APOLLO track lighting, ORLINE suspended and surface-mounted linear luminaires, NEBULADQ downlights, ORLLED600 UGR panels, ORLTE6024EVO LED strip and track infrastructure to support the different functional and architectural requirements across the scheme.

Decorative elements such as VIVID and BROOKLYN pendants were also incorporated, adding warmth and visual character to hospitality and shared areas, while emergency fittings and specialist accessories helped complete the wider specification.

The result is a coordinated lighting scheme that supports the scale and flexibility of Unity Place, balancing architectural finish, performance, visual comfort and practical illumination across a modern mixed-use workplace environment.
