Principal Place

Orlight is pleased to have supported the lighting package for Principal Place, a landmark mixed-use development on the edge of the City of London, connecting the financial district with the creative energy of Shoreditch.

The specification included ORL1018-3 Adjustable Trimless Triple Magnetic Downlights in White RAL 9016, selected for their clean trimless finish, 360-degree rotation and 20-degree tilt. These fittings provide precise, adaptable illumination while maintaining a discreet architectural appearance.

The project also incorporated ORLTE 6024 EVO LED strip lighting in 4000K, installed within aluminium profiles and diffusers to create subtle linear lighting effects and ambient layers across circulation and breakout areas.

Together, these products contribute to a refined and flexible lighting scheme, supporting the performance needs of a modern workplace while complementing the clean architectural finish of the space.
