Middlesex Hospital Annex, located off Bedford Passage in central London, has undergone a lighting upgrade to support its new building extension. Orlight supplied a tailored lighting package, ensuring the scheme combined architectural refinement with robust performance.

At the core of the design, a large quantity of ORL3018 trimless magnetic downlights were specified. Delivered in both single and twin square formats, these fittings were supplied in all-white and black finishes to complement varying interior palettes. Emergency versions were also incorporated to ensure compliance across circulation and functional spaces.

Supporting the downlight scheme, VEGA wall up/down lights in black provided subtle architectural accents and additional vertical illumination. Their IP54 rating offered durability while maintaining a sleek appearance suited to both residential and mixed-use environments.

Through careful integration of trimless luminaires, emergency provisions and decorative wall lighting, Orlight delivered a package that balanced discretion, performance and flexibility. The result is a modern lighting scheme aligned with the high standards of the Middlesex Annex development.
