1–5 Lower Marsh is a mixed-use redevelopment in Waterloo, London, providing modernised office space and supporting amenities within a revitalised streetscape. The scheme combines contemporary interiors with practical functionality, creating a flexible environment for commercial tenants.

Orlight were appointed to deliver the full lighting package, ensuring a cohesive and efficient scheme tailored to the building’s requirements. The design was anchored by the ORLINE DUO linear system specified in large quantities across standard, PIR and emergency variants, offering both visual consistency and technical reliability.

Robust ORLWP weatherpack fittings were installed in high-demand zones, providing durable performance and emergency capability where required. To complement these, AXIAL Downlights in black were integrated into the building interiors, offering stylish detailing and high-quality light output.

Further solutions, including track lighting, LED panels and decorative elements, were applied throughout to maintain a consistent lighting language across the building. Orlight’s involvement from specification through to supply ensured delivery of a high-performance system that enhances both aesthetics and functionality.
