Hurlingham Waterfront

The Hurlingham Waterfront development brings contemporary riverside living to South West London. Orlight were engaged to deliver a comprehensive lighting package across the apartments, combining discreet recessed luminaires with architectural fittings and practical solutions for modern residential interiors.

The scheme makes extensive use of ORL1009 All White recessed magnetic downlights, specified in large volumes for living spaces and circulation areas. Their compact profile, clean RAL9016 finish and 3000K output provided both functional illumination and design uniformity.

To complement this, ECLIPSE Up and Down wall lights in matt black were deployed throughout, offering subtle architectural accents and vertical light to enrich the ambience of interior schemes. Decorative features included pendant kits with E27 LED lamps, providing flexibility for kitchen and dining zones.

Additional specialist fittings such as SHOWERSPOT recessed IP65 downlights for bathrooms, ORL-X14U wall luminaires, and LEO355 fittings with microwave sensors in utility cupboards ensured performance and compliance across all functional areas. This coordinated specification demonstrates Orlight’s ability to balance design refinement, durability and efficiency within high-end residential developments.
