Dolphin Square is one of London’s most distinguished residential estates, long recognised for its scale and character. The development continues to evolve through a series of carefully planned upgrades, ensuring that both apartments and shared spaces benefit from modern, efficient infrastructure.

Within the apartments, Orlight supplied a refined lighting package designed to complement the character of the interiors. The AQUASPOT downlight delivered comfortable illumination with its anti-glare baffle and recessed light source, while the DIABLO retrofit LED engine provided energy-efficient, long-life performance. Both products are Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certified, supporting the sustainability objectives of the scheme.

In Phase 2 of the project, attention turned to the landlord and circulation areas. Here, the specification centred on the VEGA wall luminaire, a durable IP54 fixture delivering warm 2700K light, ideally suited for corridor and communal environments. Its compact design and reliable output ensured consistent coverage across key routes.

The scheme also featured the Capella wall light, specified in a square format with IP44 protection. Providing both functional and decorative value, Capella brought an additional layer of refinement to the landlord spaces. Together, these fittings elevated Phase 2 by introducing resilient, efficient, and aesthetically coordinated solutions across Dolphin Square’s internal areas.
