Brettenham House

Brettenham House, a landmark Victoria Embankment building in central London, underwent a significant refurbishment requiring a lighting package that could support both upgraded commercial areas and a comprehensive emergency lighting scheme.

Orlight supplied a coordinated package centred on EXIT-LUME emergency signage, ALTO emergency fittings and DALI-compatible emergency luminaires, helping ensure compliance across circulation, escape-route and functional areas. The specification also included LED455 circular luminaires, ORLINE suspended and recessed linear fittings, and ORION downlights to provide efficient architectural illumination throughout the scheme.

To support more refined areas, the package incorporated ORLTE6024EVO LED strip and LUMENFLEX side-emitting linear lighting, providing continuous lighting effects and soft architectural detail. AQUASPOT downlights completed the specification, offering focused illumination with a clean ceiling appearance.

Together, the products delivered a balanced commercial lighting solution combining emergency compliance, architectural integration, efficient performance and a refined finish suitable for a high-quality workplace refurbishment.
